Limited dental care is provided to Medicaid recipients and other eligible Chemung County residents at the Dental Clinic located at the Chemung County Health Department at 103 Washington Street in Elmira, New York. The clinic is open 7:30 AM through 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM by appointment and for emergency dental services.

The dental clinic provides comprehensive and emergency dental care to residents of Chemung County. Medicaid and Child Health Plus insurance are accepted. There is a waiver available to patients without insurance. The waiver determines fee for service based on a sliding fee schedule. One must be denied Medicaid coverage in order to be eligible for waiver services.
