Welcome to the Environmental Health Services section of the Chemung County Health Department.  Our new website was just launched in January 2006.  We will be continually adding to this site on a regular basis.  The menu on the left-hand side of the page provides additional pages where you will be able to find out more information related to environmental health.

Our offices are located in the Peter Chalk Pavilion at the Chemung County Health Center, 103 Washington Street, Elmira, New York.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.  We are closed on Holidays and weekends.
