August is National Immunization Awareness Month, and while immunizations have significantly reduced the incidence of many serious infectious diseases, vaccination rates for some diseases are not meeting national public health goals. We are located at 103 Washington Street, Elmira, New York. Our campus consists of the John C. Gridley Health Center and the Peter Chalk Pavilion. Environmental Health Services (737-2019) and Vital Statistics (737-2018) are both located in the Chalk Pavilion. All other health department offices are located in the Gridley Building.
