Bed Bugs

No one wants bed bugs in their homes, but unfortunately, they have re-emerged as a nuisance that must be dealt with.


Here are some resources you can use to learn about and deal with bed bugs:

The first resource is a brochure prepared by the Cornell Co-Operative Extension which is an Integrated Pest Management Approach to dealing with bed bugs.  To download that brochure, click HERE.

Next is a guide prepared by the NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene entitled "Preventing & Getting Rid of Bed Bugs Safely".  To download a copy of this informative brochure, click HERE. You can visit their website for more bedbug information by clicking HERE.

Also, Cornell University, through its NYS Integrated Pest Management Program has developed a website with "Guidelines for Prevention & Management of Bed Bugs in Shelters & Group Living Facilities".  To go to their website and download those guidelines, click HERE.
